Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) should be returned showing no signs of wear, undamaged and with all tags attached. All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave scents or marks. We will be unable to accept any returns of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

 Customers must pay for return of postage, we advise that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your item(s) are delivered back to us safely. If you have received the wrong item(s), your postage cost will be refunded once the item(s) has been received at our warehouse, and the correct item(s) will be sent out immediately.
